Use a sharp knife to slice the chicken into long strips then add some sprinkles of salt and pepper to taste. Using a small mixing bowl, add in soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk, and garlic powder then mix properly to combine. Pour the marinade into a Ziplock bag, add in the chicken then shake to coat. Let the chicken marinate for a few hours.

In the meantime, using a small mixing bowl, add in the peanut butter, coconut milk, water, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice then mix properly to combine until the mixture becomes smooth.

Next. Preheat a grill pan to medium-high heat then add in the oil. Once the oil is hot, thread the chicken on the skewers then add to the oil. Cook the chicken for four to five minutes on both sides until it is cooked through, serve with the sauce.
