Using a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the rub then mix properly to combine. Place the sliced steak into the bowl containing the rub, toss properly to coat then set aside. place a skillet pan over medium heat then add in about 1 tablespoon of oil.

Once the oil is hot, add in the red peppers, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, onions, and garlic then sauté for about six to seven minutes until they become brown in colour and tender, set aside in a clean plate or bowl.

Still using the same skillet over medium heat, add in 1 tablespoon the oil and let heat. once the oil is hot, add in the steak and sear for about three to four minutes on both sides until it becomes medium-rare, set aside on a plate to rest for about three minutes.

Next, add in the rest of the oil and let it become hot. Once the oil is hot, add in the peppers and onions then sauté for about two minutes. Add the steak back into the skillet pan, stir to combine then cook for another two to three minutes until it becomes brown in colour.

Next, add in the cilantro, stir to combine, take the skillet pan out of the heat and serve.
