    Ingredients for 7 servings

    • 3/4 cup (85g) of chopped almonds.
    • 1 cup of (125g) chopped walnuts.
    • 1/2 cup (66.5g) of chopped sunflower seeds.
    • 1/4 cup (20g) of chopped almond flakes.
    • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
    • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds.
    • 1/2 cup (48g) of almond flour.
    • 1/2 cup (30g) of desiccated coconut.
    • 1 large egg.
    • 1/3 cup (76g) of melted butter.
    • 1/4 cup (62.5ml) of MCT oil.
    • 1/4 cup (85g) of sugar-free maple syrup.

    1 Preheat the oven to 179 degrees C (355 degrees F), place the seeds and nuts on a chopping board then chop into smaller pieces with a knife then place a large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients on the list then mix to combine.
    2 Next, place a parchment paper on a flat baking tray, pour in the mixed ingredients then place the tray into the preheated oven. Bake the granola for about fifteen minutes. Take the mixture out of the oven, mix around then bake for another fifteen minutes until it becomes crunchy. Make sure to stir the granola after every five minutes as you bake.
    3 Serve with berries, coconut milk, coconut cream or coconut yogurt, enjoy.
