    Ingredients for 2 servings

    • 2 tablespoons of softened butter.
    • 1 teaspoon of minced fresh parsley.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic.
    • 1/4 teaspoon of reduced-sodium soy sauce.
    • 1 (3/4 pound / 375g) beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak as desired.
    • 1/8 teaspoon of salt to taste.
    • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper to taste.

    Instructions

    1 Using a small mixing bowl, add in half of the butter, parsley, garlic, and soy sauce then mix properly to combine. This makes the garlic butter mixture. Properly season the steak with salt and pepper to taste then set aside. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat then add in the rest of the butter. Once the butter melts, add in the seasoned steak and cook for about four to seven minutes until it is cooked through.
    2 Serve the cooked steak with the garlic butter and enjoy.
