    There is no reason to scratch meatballs off your menu when on the keto diet. These delicious meatballs will have you satisfied, guilt-free!

    Ingredients for 4 servings

    • 1 pound/500g of ground chicken.
    • 1 large egg.
    • 3/4 cup/65g of grated parmesan cheese.
    • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
    • 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
    • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne powder.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste.
    • 1/4 cup of fresh and chopped parsley.

    Instructions

    1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, place an aluminium foil on a baking sheet, grease with non-stick cooking spray then set aside. Using a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients on the list then mix properly to combine. Make small balls out of the mixture then place them into the lined and greased baking sheet.
    2 Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about twenty-five minutes until it is cooked through, serve.
