    Delicious Mushroom Omelet

    There are few things that go better together than mushrooms and omelet.

    Ingredients for 2 servings

    • 2 eggs.
    • 2 tablespoons of cream.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.
    • 3 chopped champignon mushrooms.
    • 1 small and chopped shallot.
    • 1 chopped garlic clove.
    • 1 oz. (30g) of cheese.
    • Butter or cooking oil as desired.

    Instructions

    1 Place a skillet pan over medium heat then add in the butter. Once the butter melts, add in the chopped onions and cook for a few minutes until it becomes translucent. Add in the chopped garlic and mushrooms alongside salt and pepper to taste then cook for about five to ten minutes.
    2 In the meantime, place another non-stick skillet pan over medium heat then add in about 2 tablespoons of butter. Using a small mixing bowl, add in the eggs and the cream then beat to combine. Once the butter melts, season the egg mixture with salt and pepper to taste then pour into the pan.
    3 Cook the omelet for about five to seven minutes, pour the mushroom filling on half of the omelet, fold the omelet over then serve.
