Use a paper towel to dry the salmon then rub each side with olive oil and lemon juice. Season the salmon with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste then set aside. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, place the salmon the grill and cook for about four to five minutes on both sides.

Next, heat a broiler then place a parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside. Place the cooked salmon in the baking sheet then place the sheet into the broiler. Broil the salmon for about ten minutes until it flakes with a fork.

Next, using a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the vinaigrette then mix to combine. Drizzle the avocado with 1 teaspoon of the whisked vinaigrette then toss to combine. In a salad bowl, combine the cooked salmon, sliced egg, avocado, bacon, sliced tomato, olives, sliced cucumber, and cheese. Serve with some drizzles of the dressing then enjoy.
