Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius then place an aluminium foil on a baking sheet and set aside. Use a sharp knife to cut the tops of the peppers, then remove and discard the seeds. Using a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients on the list aside from the oil then mix properly to combine.
Stuff the peppers with the chicken mixture, coat the pepper with the oil then place in the lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about thirty-five to thirty-eight minutes, serve.
