    Beef kebabs are a natural favourite. Tasty and easy to make, these kebabs will hit all the right spots on your keto journey.

    Ingredients for 8 servings

    Main Dish

    • 1.5 lb. (84 oz.) of sliced sirloin steaks.
    • 3 oz. (85g) of red bell pepper.
    • 3 oz. (85g) of yellow bell pepper.
    • 3 oz. (85g) of green bell pepper.
    • 8 small mushrooms.
    • 4 oz. (113g) of sliced red onion.

    Steak Kebab Marinade

    • 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • 1 tablespoon of oregano.
    • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
    • 1 tablespoon of onion powder.
    • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste.

    Instructions

    1 Using a Ziploc bag, add in the wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sauce, salt, and pepper to taste then shake properly to combine. Add in the sliced beef, shake again to coat then place the beef and its marinade into the fridge to marinate for about four to twelve hours.
    2 Next, thread the beef and the veggies alternatively onto skewers then set aside. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat, grease the grates with oil then add the beef skewers on the preheated grill. Grill the kebab for about five to ten minutes until it is cooked through. Don’t forget to blast with the marinade as you grill, serve.
