    A delicious mexican dish now brought to you in a low carb version.

    Ingredients for 1 serving

    • 3 oz./90g of pepper jack.
    • 2.5 oz/70g of grilled chicken breast.
    • 1/2 sliced avocado.
    • 1 teaspoon of chopped jalapeño.
    • 1/2 sliced red pepper.
    • 1 low carb tortilla wrap.
    • 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil.
    • 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
    • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt to taste.

    Instructions

    1 Feel free to grill your chicken with the spices on the list. Chop and grill on a preheated grill for about eight to ten minutes on both sides, shred/chop then set aside. Place a frying pan over medium heat then add in the tortilla wrap and cook for about two minutes.
    2 Flip the wrap over, add in all the ingredients on the list alongside the grilled chicken on one side of the wrap then fold the tortilla over the filling. Use a spatula to press down, cook for a few minutes then serve.
