    Keto Grilled Chicken Kebabs

    Ingredients for 4 servings

    • 1 pound/500g of sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts.
    • 1/4 cup/65g of olive oil.
    • 1/3 cup/43g of soy sauce.
    • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.
    • 1 sliced red bell pepper.
    • 1 sliced yellow bell pepper.
    • 2 small and sliced zucchinis.
    • 1 sliced red onion.
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.

    1 Using a large mixing bowl, add in the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste then mix properly to combine. Add the chicken and sliced vegetables into the mixing bowl then toss properly to coat. Cover the bowl and let the chicken and veggies marinate for about one to eight hours in the refrigerator.
    2 Preheat a grill to medium-high heat, if using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for about three hours to prevent them from burning. Thread the marinated chicken and veggies alternatively unto the skewers then place on the preheated grill.
    3 Grill the kebabs for about five to seven minutes on each side until they are cooked through, add some sprinkles of parsley, then serve.
