    Keto Salmon Patties

    These versatile patties will be a great addition to your keto burger or can simply be eaten on its own with mayo.

    Ingredients for 4 servings

    • 1 (14.5 oz./500g) canned salmon.
    • 1/2 minced onion.
    • 1/2 cup/48g of almond flour.
    • 2 eggs.
    • 1 small and diced avocado.
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped dill.
    • 1 teaspoon of salt to taste.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to taste.
    • 1/4 cup/57g of butter.

    Instructions

    1 Using a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients on the list aside from the butter then mix properly to combine. Make small patties out of the mixture then set aside in a plate. Place a skillet pan over medium heat then add in the butter.
    2 Once the butter melts, add in the fish patties and cook for about four to five minutes on both sides until they become brown in colour. Once cooked, place the patties on a lined plate to drain then serve.
