    Lemon Garlic Shrimp With Zucchini Noodles

    Delicious garlic shrimp on a bed of zucchini noodles. There is no going wrong with this one.

    Ingredients for 4 servings

    • 5 medium-sized zucchinis.
    • 1 lb./453.5g of raw, peeled, and deveined shrimp.
    • 3 tablespoons of butter.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.
    • 4 chopped garlic cloves.
    • 1 lemon juice and zest.
    • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes which is optional.
    • 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley.

    Instructions

    1 Spiralize the zucchini into noodles, then set aside. Place a skillet pan over medium heat then add in the butter. Once the butter melts, add in the shrimps with seasonings to taste then cook for about two to three minutes. Add in the garlic, flip the shrimps over and cook for about two more minutes until they become pink in colour.
    2 Next, add in the rest of the ingredients on the list aside from the zucchini noodles, stir to combine then pick out the shrimps and place them on a plate. add in the noodles, toss with the sauce to coat then let heat for about thirty seconds.
    3 Add the shrimps back into the skillet pan, toss everything to combine then serve with the chopped parsley. Enjoy.
