    Ingredients for 2 servings

    Burrito

    • 2 tablespoons of butter.
    • 4 medium eggs.
    • 4 tablespoons of full-fat cream.
    • Your choice of herbs or spices.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Possible Fillings

    • Cooked and sliced bacon.
    • Avocado slices.
    • Cooked and cubed chicken, beef, or turkey.

    Instructions

    1 Using a small mixing bowl, add in the eggs, cream, and your desired spices then whisk until combined, set aside. Place a non-stick skillet pan over medium heat, then add in the butter. Once the butter melts, add in the egg mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, swirl the pan to spread out then cook for about two minutes.
    2 Once cooked, place the prepared burrito on a plate, fill up with your desired filling then serve.
