A delicious keto-friendly chili dish that compliments well any meal. This delicious treat is easy to make and is a go-to recipe for hungry folks on a keto diet.

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 1/2 pounds/ 750g of ground beef.
  • 1 diced yellow onion.
  • 1 diced green pepper.
  • 1 minced jalapeno.
  • 1 minced clove of garlic.
  • 1/4 cup / 55g of tomato paste.
  • 15 ounces / 450g of canned diced tomatoes.
  • 2 cups/475ml of beef broth.
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt to taste.

Instructions

1 Place a cooking pot over medium heat, add in the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper then cook for a few minutes until the beef is cooked through. Make sure you use a spatula to break up the beef as you cook. Once cooked, drain the fat present in the pot then place the pot back over medium heat.
2 Next, add in the rest of the ingredients on the list, stir properly to combine then bring the chili to a boil. Decrease the heat to a simmer and simmer the chili for about twenty minutes to one hour until everything is cooked through. Serve.
