    • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Instructions

    1 Peel off the shells of the hard-boiled eggs over running water, use a sharp knife to slice in half then place the yolk in a mixing bowl. Next, to the mixing bowl, add in the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to taste then mash to combine.
