Low Carb Salmon with Green Beans

This healthy salmon dish is a great way to ingest your daily dose of fat, packed with Omega 3 fatty oils. Healthy, tasty and keto!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 250g / 1/2 lb. of green beans.
  • 113g / 1/2 cup of butter.
  • 250g / 1/2 lb. of sliced salmon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

1 Use clean water to rinse the green beans then dry with paper towels. Place a frying pan over medium heat then add in half of the butter. Once the butter melts, add in the green beans and fry for about three to four minutes, add some sprinkles of salt and pepper to taste then use a spatula to push the beans to one side of the pan.
2 Next, add in the rest of the butter and let melt. Once the butter melts, add in the salmon and cook for about one minute. Flip over and cook the salmon for an additional one minute until it is cooked through. Don’t forget to stir the beans as you cook. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste then serve in a clean plate, enjoy.
