Easy to eat, easy to love!

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 450 g (1 lb.) of large, peeled and deveined shrimp.
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
  • 2 tablespoons of harissa paste.
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt to taste.
  • 2 minced garlic cloves.
  • 1 lime wedges.

Instructions

1 Add some sprinkles of salt and pepper to taste over the shrimps then set aside. Using a large mixing bowl, add in the butter, harissa, lime juice, salt, and garlic then whisk everything properly to combine. Add in the seasoned shrimp, toss to coat, cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp for about sixty minutes.
2 Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, pour the marinade over then set aside. Preheat a grill to medium-high then grease the grates. Place the shrimp skewers over the preheated grill and grill for about five minutes until cooked through, serve with lime wedges.
