Using a large mixing bowl, add in the sliced steak, pepper, and coconut aminos then toss properly to coat. Cover the bowl and let the steak marinate for about ten to fifteen minutes. If possible, marinate overnight.

Place a skillet pan over medium heat, add in water and salt to taste then bring to boil. Once the water boils, add in the green beans and blanch for about one minute until it is cooked to your liking. Once cooked, drain then set the green beans aside to dry.

Still using the same skillet over medium heat, add in the butter and let heat. Once the butter melts, add in the steak and sear for about two to three minutes, add in the garlic and cook for another one to two minutes.

Next, add in the blanched green beans and salt to taste, toss everything to combine and heat for about one minute. Serve.
